Berlin’s Music Showcase Event is back:
for the first time on two days!
Get ready, music lovers: For the first time, MW:M Live will spread the excitement across two nights. Join us on November 13 and 14 as we spotlight a new generation of promising artists from Germany and across Europe at the iconic Kulturbrauerei Berlin! This year, we are shining a special light on the musical talent emerging from Brandenburg. Expect an electrifying mix of genres on the stages of Kesselhaus, Maschinenhaus, Frannz Club, and Panda.
Here comes the first round of confirmed artists:
Focus Land Brandenburg
Presented by ImPuls Brandenburg
Spotlight on Brandenburg! Discover phenomenal talents such as Lunya, known for her unique blend of alternative jazz-pop; the newly-formed synth-rock band Korridor; and also KAMA Orchestra, the powerhouse of Germany’s brass scene.
The German-Polish Lunya brings a fresh breeze to the music scene. Her mystical jazzy sounds – combined with catchy pop elements and strong lyrics – captivate audiences at every performance. We’re happy to have her at MW:M Live 2024!
From Frankfurt (Oder), we are excited to introduce Korridor. The recently formed duo brings a fresh wave of synth-rock infused with emotion and social commentary—a musical microcosm with a distinct edge.
And last, but certainly not least: KAMA Orchestra, Potsdam’s most dazzling feel-good ensemble. Get ready to dance the night away with their signature mix of global beats, funk, jazz, and electronic club sounds.
Talents from Ireland
This year, Zeitgeist Irland and Shoot it Yourself present three rising stars at MW:M Live. The acclaimed Irish artist Toshín captivates fans across Europe with her unique blend of soul, R&B, Afro-pop, and rock. Ruth Mac, praised by the Irish Times and Irish Independent as one of the year’s most promising artists, will showcase her fresh take on slacker rock; and with GO MAHHH, Zeitgeist Irland delivers top-tier psych-rock that’s not to be missed.
Best of Berlin
Once again, we have discovered some of the most promising talents right on our doorstep: LISTEN TO BERLIN presents electro-pop artist and producer LNA, who blends playful sounds with powerful messages; hip-hop artist Sorvina, known for her unwavering optimism and deep love of creativity; and Berlin-based band Prismala, showcasing a rich blend of neo-soul, guitar-pop, and alternative rock.
MW:M Live 2024 also warmly welcomes Power Plush, the shooting stars from Chemnitz, who have already dazzled as the support act for bands like Kraftklub, Beatsteaks, and Tocotronic.
MW:M Live offers up-and coming talent the chance to introduce themselves to a hand-picked audience of booking agents, managers, A&Rs and media representatives––as well as fans of new music. Thanks to the professional set-up of the venue, artists will perform under optimal conditions, allowing the audience to experience them at their most direct and authentic.
MW:M Live is also open to the public via a separate ticket—ticket sales start today! All industry visitors attending the Most Wanted: Music conference will automatically be admitted to the showcase event.
